Adductor muscles (groin) are five muscles that go from the pelvis to the thigh bone. Their function is to pull the legs together and to stabilize the hips and legs during activities that involve running, changing directions, and twisting. A groin pull injury is unpleasant injury that can keep the athlete out of action for weeks, and sometimes even for months. Therefore it is very important to take a good care of your adductors.
