Especially in Los Angeles where it is sunny all year around and you can show them off… While the looks of nice abs are great, for a tennis player, the strength and functionality of the core is even more important: 1) It will allow transferring the power from your legs and hips to your upper body and arms. 2) You will be hitting your shots in better balance and as a result with more precision and power. 3) You will have fewer or no injuries as all the joints (hips, knees, and shoulders) will load and work in more harmony.
